Welcome to the website of STEM Education for Future e.V., a recognized non-profit organization

Our organization operates the multifunctional leisure center KRoK – Kunst und Robotic Klub

Our concept:

Mission

To create an accessible and inspiring educational environment where children and young people can develop an interest in science, technology, creativity, and modern skills. We strive to combine hands-on learning, an interdisciplinary approach, and social interaction to help participants unlock their potential and prepare for future educational and career opportunities.

Through our programs, we support the development of technical knowledge, creative thinking, and personal competencies that help children confidently navigate the modern world.

Vision

We envision a future in which every child has the opportunity to engage with modern technologies, scientific thinking, and creative self-expression, regardless of their background or social context.

Our long-term goal is to develop a sustainable educational platform that brings together STEM education, creative disciplines, and the development of social skills. We aim to create a space where children and teenagers can explore new ideas, work on collaborative projects, and build the competencies needed for life and work in a rapidly changing world.

Social Mission of the Project

The project is aimed at supporting social integration and intercultural interaction among children and young people. We create a space where children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds can learn together, exchange experiences, and develop communication skills.

In this way, the organization’s activities contribute not only to the educational development of participants but also to shaping confident, independent, and socially active young people who are prepared for the challenges of the future.

Methodology and Priorities

All programs are delivered by qualified educators. Alongside the development of subject-specific knowledge (“hard skills”) — such as programming, engineering thinking, creative skills, language skills, and more — we deliberately foster “soft skills” in children and young people, including independence, leadership, self-confidence, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, ethical resilience, self-management, emotional and social intelligence, critical thinking, lifelong learning skills, adaptability, and flexibility.

Our values:

An important part of our approach is the integration of different fields of knowledge. Technology, creativity, communication, and social skills are seen as interconnected elements of development. This allows children to gain a more holistic understanding of the world around them and learn to apply different ways of thinking to solve problems.

We also place great emphasis on creating a supportive and respectful learning environment. Each participant has the opportunity to learn at their own pace, ask questions, share ideas, and try new approaches. This format helps unlock individual potential and fosters a sustainable interest in learning.

Teamwork is an essential part of our programs. Participants learn to exchange ideas, support one another, and achieve results through collaboration.
